Product Description
You can choose double stage or single stage extruder according to the cleanness of your raw material.
This PP/PE hdpe rigid flakes plastic pelletizing machine can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop area.
We can also customize the granulator according to client's material and product requirement.
Output from 200kg/hr up to 1000kg/hr.
Suitable for specialized plastic recycling plants and pelletizing plants, the equipment has many advantages such as low energy consumption, stable output, easy maintenance, long service life and cost-effectiveness.

Double Stage Pelletizing Line Process flow:
Screw loader→ Dosing feeder →1# Single screw extruder →1# Hydraulic filer changer→2# Single screw extruder →2# Hydraulic filer changer→ Die head →Water ring cutting →Dewatering machine→Vibrator→ Air dryer Blowing system→ Storage hopper→ Finished product packing.

3.Extruder
(1)A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material.
(2)The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in the extruder.
(3)With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with some water content.

with black sound insulation cotton, which reduces the volume from 82dB to 68dB.
