Recycling Process
Product Description
De-baling Machine
It can turn the compressed bottle bricks into plastic bottles , which is convenient for subsequent processing and recycling. During the operation, we feed the bottle brick to the conveyor belt, then cut the wire and feed it into the unloader. Then, through the rotation of a number of drive shafts, the bottle brick is broken up, and the plastic bottle can be separated. Finally, the separated plastic bottles are delivered smoothly along the conveyor belt.
Belt conveyor:
It mainly used for material conveying. It includes bracket, conveyor belt and motor. The conveyor belt is made of PVC , and there are universal wheels at the bottom of the bracket.
Label Remover
Label remover is suitable for the separation of plastic bottles and caps. The device transports plastic bottles to the discharge end through a conveyor belt or directly into the feeding port, using alloy blades that rotate in a spiral line. At the same time, the alloy blades peel off the labels, achieving effective separation between plastic bottles and labels.
Crusher:
It is mainly composed of feed port, crushing chamber, screen mesh, discharge port and motor. After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is cut and torn by the rotating knife and fixed knife driven by the motor. The material that meets the sieve aperture will be discharged from the outlet port.
Screw loader:
The screw loader drives the materials to move inside the pipeline through the rotation of the screw, thereby achieving the conveying target. When the drive is started, the screw begins to rotate, transferring the material from the feed port to the discharge port.
Floating washer:
The equipment is mainly composed of a pool, a motor, a roller , a bottom push screw and other components. By stirring, agitating and the action of water flow, it can effectively remove impurities and floating on the surface of the material.
Hot Washer:
It is cleaned with hot water and detergent to remove oil, dirt and labels. The material is soaked in it for 8-10 minutes, and the agitator makes them rotate. The upper edge can discharge the floating label and bottle cap impurities while the lower edge has a valve to facilitate slag discharge. Heating methods are electric heating and steam heating.
